What happens when two delightful humans from the United States fly across the Atlantic for an intimate ceremony in the Italian countryside? You get an elopement with laughter, romance, and a touch of cinematic magic — or in other words: Marta & Brian’s wedding day.
Their venue of choice? The lovely Aethos Resort in Saragano, perched in a rolling corner of Umbria where sunsets flirt with the hills and every breeze smells faintly of rosemary and freedom.
A Dance in the Village Square
Before the ceremony, Marta & Brian took a gentle stroll through the tiny square at the heart of the borgo that makes up the resort — a picture-perfect postcard of cobbled stone, wrought iron balconies, and birds singing as if hired for the occasion.
There, they danced. Just the two of them. Some Frank Sinatra's, no further instructions. Just joy — unfiltered and infectious.

Their ceremony was conducted in an intimate corner of the resort, perched just-so to overlook the endless green of the Umbrian countryside. The light? Golden. The wind? Cooperative. The view? Breathtaking.
Their officiant, the ever-charming Paul — manager of Aethos Resort, added warmth and wit in equal measure. It was short, sweet, and utterly sincere. No fuss. No frills. Just two souls, and a promise.
A Sip of Wine and a walk to the Fields
Afterwards, the newlyweds toasted with a glass (or two) of champagne and wandered off into the surrounding hay fields, laughter echoing across the hills.
Yes, there were hay bales. Yes, it was hilarious. And yes — the photos are divine.
